Association of breast cancer affected and treated women, their families and friends "EVERYTHING for HER! was established on March 21st 2008 as a voluntary, humanitarian, non-profit organization with the goal of providing informative, psychological and logistical assistance to women suffering from breast cancer and their families. It was founded by three patients, Vesna Andrijević-Matovac, Bojana Benovic and Almenka Balenović.

In a very short period, since its foundation to date, the Association has with its continued work achieved remarkable results. In the period from October 7th to November 7th 2008 “EVERYTHING for HER!” participated in a large humanitarian operation that has carried the name of the association, "EVERYTHING for HER!" under the slogan "cross out breast cancer and cervical cancer”. The finale, the gala concert by singer Lana Jurcevic a was broadcasted live on HRT (Croatian Radio Television). With this action, implemented with the support of DM and Glaxo we collected 1.1 million HRK. The raised means together with the cooperation and mutual agreement between the City Officials and Croatian Government we were granted to use the space  at Prince Mislava 10 Zagreb (170m2). The aim of the action was the opening of the Center for psychological assistance to women suffering from cancer.

During the spring of 2009. we continued with educational forums about the importance of prevention and early detection of these two most common cancer types within the female population.  These forums were held in more than ten Croatian cities.
On October 10th 2009 in the House of Journalism while still in exile, without adequate working conditions, we organized  a promotion of our first guide for patients and their loved ones titled "Emotions and Cancer", and thus, together with over 120 countries were part of an international action marking the day of "Voices for Hospices".

On May 21st 2010 we opened the long-awaited Center where all women suffering from (any kind) of cancer and their families can seek the much-needed psychological help.
